Joni Williams began her KSM career in Business Development. Due to her winning personality and strategic thinking about clients’ business, she was promoted to Vice President, Business Development in 1995 where she oversaw all agency marketing. In February 2001, Joni became a Partner and Executive Vice President, and then earned the title of President.

Today, Joni continues to be active on many accounts. She takes a hands-on leadership approach and loves being heavily involved with strategy development. Joni fosters the growth of client partnerships and KSM’s senior management, while ensuring the company’s resources are always optimized for all clients.

Joni serves on the Chicago Board of Governors for the American Association of Advertising Agencies (AAAA). She graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Business Management. In her free time, she loves to go hiking and biking.
